About The Event
Feel free to invite a friend yo join you on this walk rain or shine event. (We will have a couple of canopies on hand in the event of inclement weather and if the picnic shelter gazebo is reserved by someone else.
MEET:
- At the Rotaryplayground and picnic area near the parking lot at 10:30am.
- wear your Pole-R Bear t-shirt or blue colors or bandana. We will be taking a club photo to be sent off to INWA representing Vancouver Island, BC.
WALK:
- your own out and back distance or the full 10km loop around the lake.
- Watch out for the painted rocks. There "may" be some select ones with prizes to go with them!
BRING:
- chair
- bag lunch & beverage
